PARK
Rules & Regulations:
Right of admission is reserved.
Admission at own risk. Mile 4 will not be
responsible for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage
of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other
cause suffered by any person who enters these premises.
On arrival at Mile 4 Caravan Park, proof of identity
must be produce by holders of reservations
The total amount of ALL bookings is payable in
advance. (NO PAY - NO STAY)
Only cash, bank guaranteed cheque and credit cards will
be accepted as payment
Accommodation for one day extends from 13h00 on any
calendar day to 10h00 the following calendar day provided
that a "day" on last calendar day of the booked period shall
expired at 10h00.
Prices subject to change without prior notice
Final allocation on all accommodation will be done on
arrival.
The maximum per camp site is 1 caravan/tent trailer
and/or 8 persons. Maximum per Bungalow 6 persons.
If OVER occupancy occurred, extra persons will be
fined and/or put off the
premises.
A "person" means: a person aged 3 yrs or older
Fish cleaning – This is only allowed in the prescribed
areas.
The occupant is responsible for the contents of the
bungalows and should check the inventory immediately when
moving in. Any shortage or breakages should be reported to
the office or the gate attendant immediately after arrival.
When checking out, the doors should be locked and the keys
handed in at the office or gate.
No alterations or changes may be made of any kind to the
buildings, premises or property of Mile 4 without the prior
arrangement and approval of the manager. The Occupant will
be fully responsible for any damage and costs involved.
A KEY DEPOSIT for all Bungalows/Rooms has to be paid
in cash on arrival. This amount will however be refunded
after vacating the accommodation BEFORE 10h00 and the rules
in connection with refunding were not breached. NO key
deposit will be paid after 10h00.
NO Fireworks permitted
NO ANIMALS. Including pets and poultry are
allowed. A penalty of N$ 1000 will be fined and
tenders will be put of the premises with immediate effect.
- CANCELLATION POLICIES:

No Refunds on any cancellations of any prepaid
booking (or part of it) will be done on December/Jan
or In-Season bookings.
Cancellation of bookings for all other periods
(except above) shall be accepted not later than 14 days
prior to the date of arrival.
An administrative levy of 50% of the total due will
be retained in respect of each cancellation accepted.
Bookings will automatically be regarded as cancelled
without any refund should the accommodation/site not be
taken within 48 hrs from the due date of arrival.

CARS & BIKES:
|
- No person entering MILE 4 may drive or ride within
the borders with a truck, motorcar or any other
self-propelled vehicle faster than 20 km/hour.
- Motorcycles – Engines of motor cycles and quad
bikes must be turned of when entering the main gate. The
riding in the MILE 4 caravan park area is strictly
forbidden.
- Individuals and/or vehicles will be subject to
search at the gate control.

VISITORS:
|
- Day Visitors – arrangements must be made via the
office during office hours.
- Visiting hours for day visitors: Entrance 08h00 till
21h00 (latest leaving time 23h00)
- Day visitors without arrangements will pay N$30 per
car and pedestrians will pay N$ 15 per day.
- Please note that visitors are the responsibility of
the persons being visited and all rules applies.

NOISE, VIOLATING OF RULES:

- The right is reserved to order any tenant off the
premises who renders him/herself guilty of violating any
of the general rules regarding accommodation and
utilization of facilities or of any indecent or any
other form of misconduct WITHOUT any refund on prepaid
accommodation.
- NO Noise after 22h00 (Respect your fellow campers)
- No person may do or permit any act that could prove
to be a nuisance, obstruction or hindrance to any other
person. This includes undue noise i.e.: raucous
behaviour and/or loud noise of any kind.
- (NO MUSIC ALLOWED playing. (Including
daytimes)
- When entering the campsite gate car radio's /
sound systems must be turned off.
